NSS Unit of Govt. Degree College, Kanchanpur, North Tripura approved by Tripura State NSS Cell, Agartala under Dept.  of Youth Affairs & Sports, Govt. of Tripura in year 2019 with 60 nos Volunteers capacity, from 2023-24 our volunteer’s strength increased, now volunteers’ capacity – 80. After the approval of Unit, then formed a Advisory Committee by Chairmanship of Principal In-Charge, Convener and other three (03) Members for look after the all financial matter and social programs and give approved a Program Officer for organizing the all activities of Unit. Then Unit take a adopted Village Ward nearby College under Subashnagar GP. Under Dasda R D Block.

Activity: - Units already selected two type activities that one Regular Activities and Special Campaign Program. Regular Activities – In a month 3- or 4-days unit organized cleaning program that Swachhata hi Seva, National and International Days Celebration, yearly one Blood Donaion Camp, Health Camp, Environment Awaeness Poggam and organized assigned activities by State NSS Cell and District NSS Committee. Other hand Special Campaign Programme organized yearly Seven Days Residential Camp for motivate and Leadership quality grow up among the volunteers.
