Organogram Of The Institution
The administration of the institution is carried out under the headship of the Principal in consultation with the Teachers’ Council Body. The Teachers’ Council of the College is a legal podium of all teachers, constituted in accordance with the directives of the Directorate of Higher Education (DHE), Govt. of Tripura. The faculty members interact with the students in various matters, offer suggestions/advice when required. The Principal executes interaction program with all the stakeholders. The infrastructural needs of the college and the individual departments are met by utilization of funds received from the State Government, and RUSA. The college collects feedback from all stakeholders, faculties and students. In order to introduce /implement any new policies, resolutions of Teachers’ Council’s meetings are followed up. Feedback/Grievance box is kept in college. For the recruitment and promotion of Assistant and Associate Professors, DHE adopts UGC rules and regulations and for selection of candidates in such posts, DHE entrusts the Tripura Public Service Commission. In matters of promotion, Career Advancement Scheme (CAS) adopted by UGC is implemented by DHE, Govt. of Tripura by default. For recruitment, service, promotion etc. of Post Graduate Teacher (PGT), Group-C and Group-D staffs, Recruitment Rules of DHE, Govt. of Tripura are pursued.
