Department of History
The Department of History was introduced in 2012 as an elective paper and honours subject in 2013. Since its inception, it has been trying to imbibe scientific knowledge and research into the mind of the students. As a part of serious academic exercise, the department used to organize seminars including national level so as to encourage students in the field of historical world. The department prepares students to enhance their academic performance in order to increase their job prospects in the future. Faculty members are actively involved not only in research and project works; they even published several research papers in the peer reviewed journals.
